About the Role
Patches Asphalt are seeking general labourers to join our bitumen spray sealing and asphalt crews.
In this role you will undertake a range of road surfacing tasks including raking and shoveling and general labouring duties. Patches Asphalt will support candidates who are motivated to gain further skills in mobile plant operations and/or truck driving.
Training and support will be provided upon commencement and hourly rate negotiable for the successful candidate.
Requirements
Reliable and hard working
Driver’s license (essential)
Willingness to work overtime, night shift and some travelling from time to time (essential)
The following requirements are essential however, Patches Asphalt can assist the successful candidate in gaining these certifications if they do not already hold these:
Construction Induction White card (essential)
Asbestos Awareness (essential)
Workers on Foot (essential)
Any industry experience, machinery operator experience, tickets, licenses, or other relevant qualifications are a bonus but not essential.
